Claus C combined cycle gas turbine station, Netherlands
RWE Technology is constructing Claus C, an extremely flexible combined cycle gas turbine, at Essent’s production site in Maasbracht in the southern Netherlands. The station uses three gas turbines to generate a capacity of 1,300 megawatts and is expected to be connected to the grid in the second quarter of 2012.
