RWE as Germany's Top Employer - a title that says a lot about us.

In the annual study by the Swedish market research institute, Universum Communications, we were again awarded the accolade of "Top Employer" in 2006. Amongst engineers and natural scientists we were even able to improve our ranking versus the previous year by 30 places. And amongst future managers we also rank right at the top for popularity. In the "Student Barometer" study of the institute "trendance", 12,000 students were asked about their vision on profession, career and life. The result: RWE received the quality seal "Top Employer" awarded by trendence and the weekly newspaper "Die Zeit". And we're still working on it. Therefore, two years after the last survey, we're repeating our employee survey again in 2007. So we get a good picture of the current mood, learn what has improved versus previous years and where there is a need for action. That will help us to attain one of our key goals in the future too: Satisfied employees.
