For parents and those bringing up children alone, and also for employees with relatives needing care, it often seems difficult to bring your work and private life into harmony. But we think it can work. We are also actively fostering compatibility of job and family. How important that is to us is proven, for example, by the fact that RWE AG had itself certified in May 2006 within the context of the "Job&Family" audit promoted by the German Ministry for Family, the Aged, Women and Young People. The aim of the audit is to establish an even more family-conscious personnel policy through a continuous improvement process.
