As a rule, your trainee time will last 18 months and during that time you will be personally mentored, supported and fostered. A mentor from the business department concerned and a support person from HR Development will be at your side whenever needed. Open, fair feedback and a jointly prepared training plan guarantee appropriate skills development from the very outset.
