Executive and Supervisory Boards Compensation

For us, transparent reporting on Executive and Supervisory Board compensation is one of the core elements of good corporate governance. In the following passages, we have provided information on the principles of the compensation system as well as on the structure and the payments.

The 2009 Compensation Report takes into account the provisions of the version of the German Commercial Code and fully complies with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code. The Compensation Report is part of the Combined Review of Operations and the Corporate Governance Report of the RWE Group Annual Report 2009.
