The 2010 Compensation Report takes into account the provisions of the version of the German Commercial Code and fully complies with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code. The Compensation Report is part of the Combined Review of Operations and the Corporate Governance Report of the RWE Group Annual Report 2010.
