Our privacy policy is electronically retrievable at any time. In the following, we would like to share with you which information we may collect and how we deal with it.

As a general rule it is fair to say that the privacy of your personal data is of utmost importance to RWE. For this reason, we never collect any personal data through our websites without your consent. It is entirely up to you to decide whether you want to let us know these data, for instance as part of a registration, contact request, etc. Usually, we use your personal data to answer your inquiry, to process your order or to provide you with access to specific information or offers.

General information

When you access our websites or retrieve a file, data of this process are stored in a log file on our web server. The only information which will be saved is access data, which has no personal relation. To optimize our system performance, user-friendliness and representing useful information about our products and services we automatically save information in a log file on your computer. We save:

We use these pseudonymised IP addresses e.g. to identify and counteract attacks or to prepare web statistics.
