Central organisation for project management at Technology

Whether planning, controlling or monitoring – in project management, everything is interlinked. To ensure that major projects can be carried out successfully, project management is organised centrally at RWE Technology. Our aim is to foster the continual development of best-in-class project management competencies for RWE Technology.

We will achieve this by further developing the systems, standards and processes for our projects and our work on site. Our competence centre works with all of our project managers internationally. Project management is thus a key focus at RWE Technology and is the basis for our construction projects.
