So that you, as a university graduate, can quickly get an overview of that world, your route into RWE normally begins with a trainee programme. But sometimes an alternative starting point makes better sense: direct entry into RWE.
Have you already gained practical experience in a company while at university? And you already know precisely where you want your career path to take you? Then you are the right candidate for direct entry at RWE. As a direct entrant, you will work in your desired position right from the start. You’ll begin your professional life from Day One, in your permanent department, with fixed projects and a firm employment contract. And you will assume responsibility from the beginning, too – for example as a junior manager or an engineer.
We support, facilitate and supplement your start at RWE through various further education and development measures for young professionals: To that end, our groupwide Development Centre offers customized seminars and training sessions. Our ancillary programme for entry-level employees, the Next Generation Programme (NGP), supports direct entrants as well – personally and professionally. And, especially important for up-and-coming executives: through the NGP you can connect with employees throughout RWE who like you have just joined the company.
