The energy industry is currently going through a rapid transformation. Our traditional markets are changing. The level of political interventions is increasing. The energy turnaround is making big demands on us and on our employees. We need to respond to these changes. Most importantly, we need to become more flexible – company and employees alike. Our personnel policy is being confronted with new challenges.

We are taking on the challenges of the energy turnaround and we want to be part of the solution. In future, our employees will need to be more flexible in their approach to company and functional boundaries. We need to respond to changes in the marketplace by significantly increasing the speed of implementing our strategy. We have to carry our employees and managers with us on this journey. Occupational safety and healthcare management

We want both our own workforce as well as the employees of our subcontractor partners to return home just as healthy at the end of the day as they were when they arrived for work. Employees of RWE and of our partner companies often carry out work in workplaces that present specific challenges to health and safety. We are also committed to maintaining and promoting the health of our employees. We have established comprehensive Occupational Healthcare Management to achieve this goal.
