Quality management

Defects in items constructed or supplied are a major risk to project success. They can lead to delays in completion or loss of performance or reliability in service. Furthermore, defects may only become apparent after project takeover when commercial leverage over suppliers is reduced. Good quality management is therefore essential to project success. We take our quality management tasks very seriously by:

  • Ensuring appropriate quality criteria are set
  • Help ensure work is only contracted to suppliers who are capable of delivering the required quality
  • Manage the whole set of quality planning, quality assurance, quality control as well as material testing during project execution to ensure required quality
  • Ensure that appropriate information is gathered and retained to meet regulatory and operational needs via an established Quality Data Management
