Mittelplate island

The drilling and production island is built in the shape of a compact, waterproof concrete and steel basin and is located on top of the sand flats. High sheet pile walls protect it from all elements of nature.

Crude oil deposits

Since 1987, more than 25 million tons of crude oil have been produced from the Mittelplate reservoir.

The operation facilities treat the crude oil produced from the Mittelplate field before delivery to the refineries.
