The Annual General Meeting was held on April 22, 2009, 10.00 a.m., at the Grugahalle in Essen, 45131, Norbertstrasse 2, Germany.

On February 24, 2009, the Executive and Supervisory Boards of RWE AG decided to propose a dividend of € 4.50 per dividend-bearing share for fiscal 2008 to the Annual General Meeting on April 22, 2009.
