550 days of high tension with the International Graduate Programme

RWE's International Graduate Programme (IGP) is a unique opportunity for enthusiastic university graduates – for people who think like entrepreneurs, can take on responsibility and are prepared to think outside the box.

The trainee programme offers freedom of choice concerning the individual projects and challenging tasks for the several fields of study. It allows a broad overview of the RWE Group.

You will spend 18 months on a programme whose design you can shape and which will build on your personal strengths, working in and outside of Germany. After that you will be ready to get on with what you do best: using your own energy and enthusiasm to get people and projects moving.

Each year we accept only a handful of the best people for the IGP: university graduates from a wide range of disciplines, who think like entrepreneurs and who have completed their degree courses quickly and with above-average marks.
