Public Consultation

Prior to the application being submitted to East Renfrewshire Council RWE npower renewables provided a range of opportunities for people to find out more about the Middleton development and share their views with us. 

We did this by:

• Hosting meetings with the community councils closest to the Middleton wind famr site
• Producing two informative newsletters which were sent to residents around the site – these are available to read by clicking on the link below
• Hosting public exhibitions in Newton Mearns and Neilston in 2007
• Placing information stands in local libraries in Mearns and Neilston in 2007
