RWE npower renewables outlined its commitment to keeping local people informed about the Raera Forest proposal.
In the summer of 2009 we did this by:
- distributing an informative newsletter to local households
- hosting public exhibitions in Kilmelford and Seil
- carrying out a survey questionnaire to learn more about your views
- carrying out face to face interviews with residents
- meeting with Community Council representatives
- keeping our website updated with the latest Raera Forest wind farm proposal news
- ensuring you had the right information to contact us directly
arranging a visit to Beinn Ghlas Wind Farm at Taynuilt for community council members so they could experience wind turbines at close proximity
