The Next Step

RWE npower renewables carried out scoping studies and a full Enviromental Impact Assesment from 2008 to 2009. 

The planning application was submitted to the Scottish Government on the 31 December 2009. 

The closing date for members of the public to formally submit comments on the planning application is 22 March 2010. 

The closing date for local authorities to submit comments is the 21 June 2010. 

A planning decision is expected in the Summer of 2010.
