Guide to the domestic energy market

The Energy Retail Association (ERA) has produced a guide to clarify some of the most important issues currently facing energy suppliers in the domestic market in Britain. The guide provides an introduction to the energy market and includes a brief outline about how energy arrives in people's homes, the regulatory regime in which suppliers operate, and how customers and suppliers interact with each other.
