The Security Services unit advises the operating companies on all relevant security issues and is involved in related projects. All-inclusive concepts are also provided in compliance with the Group's standards. These include in particular the required physical, technical, staff-related and organisational security measures.

Furthermore, the Security Services unit is responsible for the central security systems of the Group as well as their components (ID card management, incl. production of company ID cards and development of access control systems, incl. the local connections and authorisation structures), the operation of a supraregional security centre and operational services in the areas of physical, event, personal and information security.
