Human Resources Services

Group-wide payroll, company pensions and administration of training & development programmes are among the tasks of the Human Resources Services business unit. Beyond that, the unit handles the entire internal HR management for RWE Service.

Other tasks of HR Services are development and implementation of optimum payroll processes and system solutions within the Group, such as “e-recruiting” or the electronic personnel file. The unit handles around one million payroll and pension statements every year for the Group companies. In addition, it takes over the entire support for about 47,000 pensioners for RWE, as well as the administration of seminars, workshops, in-house programmes or qualification projects, management of seminar registrations at external institutes and finally development and production of e-learning programmes. It also bears the responsibility for the Wanderath conference and training centre in the Eifel Mountains. Management of social benefits, such as “Job and Family” or the coordination of the RWE employee shares programme, belong to its spectrum of tasks.
