Office and Facility Services

Office and Facility Services offers services for technical, infrastructural and commercial processes in the central Ruhr Region. This, for instance, includes the responsibility for safe and smooth operation of real estate – including the operation and maintenance of technical systems in buildings and provision of janitor services – as well as office services and printing and despatch of mass mailing jobs (meter reading cards, payslips and mailings).
