RWE IT Structure

The IT Governance division is responsible for the overall Group perspective. Its tasks principally consist of developing a comprehensive Group IT strategy, defining standards for the Group, planning and controlling the Group’s IT budget and setting the internal prices for IT.

The Service Management division forms the interface between RWE IT and its customers and guarantees continual customer care. The division is responsible for providing needs-oriented IT solutions as well as contractual negotiations and concluding contracts.

Service Delivery ensures that services are performed cost-effectively with regard to the design, implementation and operation of IT solutions with a defined level of quality.

The Corporate Development division, which is responsible for developing the business strategy for RWE IT, and the Finance & Administration division, which deals with financial management, HR management and legal matters, are together responsible for the cross-functional tasks carried out by RWE IT.
