CDM/JI expertise

RWE has had experience in the implementation of its own CDM/JI projects since 1999. To date, the Group has been engaged in more than 125 projects and has registered 45 with the UNFCCC. Many more projects have already been submitted for registration or are in an advanced phase of validation.

We also offer a wide range of technological expertise on the most important greenhouse-gas avoidance methods, and – through Agrinergy and Carbon Climate Protection – have know-how in methodologies and experience in the validation and verification of many project types. Here, our team is supported by former DOE staff.
