Rhyl Flats Offshore Wind Farm became fully operational.
Rhyl Flats Offshore Wind Farm was officially opened by the Right Honourable Peter Hain, the Secretary of State for Wales, and Dr. Jürgen Grossmann, Chief Executive Officer of RWE AG. The inauguration event took place at Venue Cymru, Llandudno, Conwy, North Wales.
