CO2 Symposium
Under the funding programme "Technologies for sustainability and climate protection – Chemical processes and use of CO2", the Federal Ministry for Education and Research is supporting industry and science to join forces in developing innovative processes.
The long-term perspective of carbon use is also being investigated by the RWE Group in a number of projects at international level. However, the knowledge of specific fields of application, potentials and perspectives is mostly restricted to experts.
Therefore, RWE extended an invitation to a symposium "CO2 – a new raw material" in Dusseldorf on 21 September 2010. The international conference brought together over one hundred delegates from political, industrial and academic spheres.
