Interview: Jenneke Verhoef (Offshore Mechanical Engineer)

Jenneke Verhoef was born in Utrecht in the Netherlands. She is 30 years old, lives in Hamburg and works as a mechanical engineer in control engineering and mechatronics. After her degree, Jenneke Verhoef took part in a trainee scheme at Essent, one of the biggest energy utilities in the Netherlands. When Essent was taken over by RWE, she saw an opportunity at RWE Innogy and joined its offshore operations. We were very much impressed by her enthusiasm and her desire to take an active part in impacting the course of renewable energies. Interview: Stephanie Esau (Project Manager M&A)

Stephanie Esau, who was born in Bremen, has been working in Mergers & Acquisitions at RWE Innogy for about 3 years. After her training at Daimler Chrysler, she studied business administration at the University of Essen. Aged 32, she has a lot of potential. This has also been understood by RWE Innogy who are supporting her commitment through an executive course for a masters degree.
