Compliance

The compliance issue is taken very seriously at RWE. It is important to us that our working environment should be “clean”. Primarily, of course, this means that all business activities must move within the parameters of the law. To us, however, compliance also means following certain ethical principles that apply to our company and which we have voluntarily accepted as a commitment. Our standards are specified in the RWE Code of Conduct which was set up in 2005 and is applicable throughout the Group.
