The best way to educate people about art is to show it. That’s why RWE both sponsors exhibitions in museums and opens its own premises to the public, such as the foyer of the RWE tower in Dortmund and the Group headquarters in Essen.

One particular focus in Dortmund is local art. With its “Die Kunst unserer Region“ programme, RWE Vertrieb AG offers young artists a chance to exhibit and honours established artists from the region.

But it’s a different story in Essen: in collaboration with partners such as the Museum Folkwang, RWE brings the work of famous artists from all over Germany and around the world to the Ruhr.
