RWE Dea Norge AS has played an active part on the Norwegian Continental Shelf as partner on production licences for nearly 40 years and as operator since 1991. RWE Dea has the intention to strengthen the company's position in Norway through acquisitions or trading of existing production licences, as well as participation in future licensing rounds.

RWE Dea Norge is a knowledge-based company, thus our employees are our most valuable asset. We want to provide an optimal working environment, fostering the development of a highly professional, enthusiastic and well-qualified staff. More than half of our employees hold a higher university degree.

As of 01.01.2012, RWE Dea Norge has 100 employees.

The company has an integrated Quality Management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 international standards. This system satisfies the authorities' demand for internal control, and helps to enhance the performance of the company.
