City Nord Hamburg

RWE Dea’s headquarters is located on Ueberseering in Hamburg’s so-called City Nord, an office district on the northern fringes of the city’s biggest municipal park, the Stadtpark. This is where the Group’s international activities are coordinated and strategic decisions taken.

Nearly half of the employees out of the total RWE Dea workforce of 1,200 are located at headquarters. Approximately 70 RWE Dea expatriates are working for various foreign subsidiaries.

All major projects, foreign operations, domestic production facilities and joint ventures are planned, supervised and administered by staff units in Hamburg.
