The Renewables Graduate Programme only provides a general framework. We organise your entry into the 18-month programme in your first project station – you find the other projects yourself, largely under your own responsibility. Which projects you tackle depends on your interests and initiative.

What’s Awaiting You

18 months of exciting project work in the fields of planning, construction and operation of renewable energy plants, focusing on wind energy in the onshore and offshore sector and in hydropower.

Your Placements

Between three and five projects, of which at least one is in another European country.

We Support You

Over the entire duration of the programme, we will support you as best we can, not only to further your entrepreneurial skills, but also to promote your individual advancement. This includes constant support from experienced mentors from the RWE Innogy management.
