Mentors

Your mentor (m/f) will be at hand to exchange ideas, for support and to help further your development. He or she plays a key role within the RGP and represents a cornerstone of your time as a graduate, alongside your contact in the Human Resources department. Your mentor (m/f) will come from top management level, will be very familiar with the company and all aspects of the renewable energies sector and will be a valuable asset for you thanks to their wealth of experience. In addition to this, they will be a source of contacts, feedback and suggestions, and will act as an important sparring partner. Towards the end of the programme, he or she will act as your personal advisor in terms of your professional prospects and opportunities within the company.
