Our storage services
The storage service covers the physical access to natural gas storage. We offer standard products at fixed prices as bundles of
- Working gas capacity
- Injection capacity
- Withdrawal capacity
for the inquired period and with consideration of technical restrictions. Storage products deviating from the standard products are offered on a negotiated basis.
You have the possibility to use not only capacities for your own gas quantities but also for quantities of third parties. Moreover, on request you are also able to sell your capacity rights to third parties, provided that the third party is financially reliable, creditworthy and acknowledges that all your existing obligations towards us are transferred to it, and that RWE Dea AG agrees.

We take over and hand over the natural gas for injection and/or withdrawal at the boundary of the relevant storage facility. For the transport of the natural gas to /from the storage facility the respective network operators offer transportation services to you.
