To use the web-based authorisation system, you must make sure your browser supports SSL encryption. If your browser does not support this feature, you can download the latest versions of Opera, Mozilla/Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The authorisation system will be opened in a separate window. If this does not happen, please ensure that your browser’s pop-up blocker is configured to allow this access. For details, please consult your browser’s online help.
