Change Consulting

Our Change Consulting team designs change concepts that focus on human dynamics. In large-scale transformations the team addresses the cultural aspects of change, often working alongside our Management and Lean Consulting teams. Our Change Consultants design and facilitate interventions to break dysfunctional systemic patterns and to increase organisational health. Leadership coaching and team coaching are additional essential elements of our Change Consulting repertoire.

Your development journey

As a Change professional you apply your extensive experience in advising large corporations over the course of their transformation journeys. As a Senior Change Coach you apply your systemic expertise to design and carry out Change measures that are tailored to the client’s situation. As a Change Principal you design Change journeys for RWE’s most complex transformations and continuously improve the RWE Change Framework.
