What is your role at RWE?

"I am in charge of the development of onshore wind, photovoltaic and storage projects in Italy and Spain."

What do you like best about your job?

"Working with people while making the world greener day by day. The projects we regularly deal with take years to come to fruition, and when that happens it's a great achievement, a result of an exceptional team effort."

Efficient talent acquisition, great leadership and allyship among women – how can that be achieved in your line of business?

"The world can't be conceivable without talented individuals and the promotion of leadership and diversity. Empowering women to develop their utmost potential is an important part of our vision for a better, more sustainable and inclusive world."
