We celebrate colleagues of all genders and sexual orientations.

The sexual orientation and gender identity of employees is often regarded as a “private matter”.

This can lead to colleagues feeling the need to pretend they are a different person or to hide their real identity in their day-to-day work environment.

However, at RWE we want everyone to be themselves, without having to change who they are. We believe that this is the only way for employees to reach their full potential.

Our internal LGBT*IQ-Network unites LGBT*IQ employees and their allies. The communities goal is to help the topic come into the picture internally and externally. This is the right place for exchange between employees and counselling when it comes to topics like coming out at the workplace.
