  • ECT Business Support

    This team is the first point of contact for all questions concerning your trading account. You would like to access new products or need additional user accounts? No worries. Your concern is in good hands with us.

    ECT 24/7 Technical Support

    This team is your 24/7 support, if you have problems accessing the system. You need a password reset? Please contact this team.

  • We recommend to use Google's Chrome, but Mozilla's Firefox or Microsoft's Edge should also work.

    We recommend Chrome as testing is mainly done based on Chrome. In any case, we always recommend to keep your browser up-to-date to not face problems or having unwanted security holes.

  • Every now and then we have clients that we're not able to access ECT even though they use the correct credentials while logging in. In most cases this problem could be solved by changing port configurations of the clients firewall.

    Please get in touch with your IT support first. If the problem still persists, please reach out to us.

  • As we use a third party for the 2FA service it can happen at times that configuration did not apply correctly. Please get in contact with us and we will try to solve this issue.

  • Our third-party provider supports a wide range of options:

    • SMS: In the ECT login you have the possibility to request a token via SMS.
    • Smartphone: Our service provider offers both an Android and an iOS app. You received the download link in your onboarding email.
    • Desktop App: at https://authy.com/Download/ you can download the appropriate desktop app
    • Chrome Extension: In the Chrome Web Store you can download a browser extension
  • The initial password is valid for 7 days. If you have not been able to access ECT for the first time within these 7 days, please get in contact with out 24/7 support desk and ask for a password reset.
