The current remuneration system for the members of the Executive Board of RWE AG is in place since fiscal 2025. The Annual General Meeting endorsed the remuneration system on April 30, 2025, with a majority of 93.92 %. The currently applicable remuneration regulations for the Supervisory Board are set forth in Sec. 12 of the Articles of Incorporation of RWE AG based on the remuneration system for the Supervisory Board. They were adopted by the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2025, with a majority of 99.62 %.
