Engineers are indispensable here at RWE. We’re always looking for engineers in fields such as mechanical, electrical, process control, civil and mining. You might work in maintenance or provide technical or operational support; you might get involved in the areas of development and construction, retrofits and upgrades, management of existing assets, or due diligence for new tech.

It’s essential to know how to allocate your time across multiple projects, while ensuring top-notch quality across the board. Design optimisation, maintenance optimisation and lifetime extension are all tricky but equally important. You’ll also need to be skilled in ensuring an optimum balance between quality, time and cost. And remember, at RWE – no matter the project – health and safety are our top priority .
