Our Annual General Meeting was held on 26 June 2020 in the form of a virtual AGM without the shareholders or their authorized representatives being present. The Annual General Meeting of RWE AG resolved a dividend of € 0.80 per share for fiscal 2019.
The next ordinary Annual General Meeting of RWE AG is scheduled for 28 April 2021.
