Dividend

Dividend for fiscal 2021.

For fiscal 2021 the RWE Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of €0.90 per share. This represents an increase of €0.05 relative to the dividend for 2020. €0.90 is the lower limit we have set for the dividend for the coming years. In the long run, we intend to pay 50 % to 60 % of adjusted net income to our shareholders.
