Become part of our Graduate Talent Pool and never miss an application opportunity.
This strengths-based programme is designed specifically for graduates, letting you shape your own path and experience personalised learning in immersive work environments. You’ll find a mixture of online education, face-to-face workshops, on-the-job training and networking events where you will meet senior managers and the Board.
Your mentor and assigned buddy can help advise you on rotations and introduce you to industry experts so that you can explore all aspects of the energy value chain.
We were voted ‘Top Employer for Graduates to Work for in the Energy & Utilities Sector’ 2023/24 by TheJobCrowd – the only ranking based on graduate reviews. The majority of our graduates decide to work for us because we offer them the option of choosing their own rotations, allowing the opportunity to find out which business areas are best fit. At the same time, we allow you to live and work abroad, expand your intercultural skills and build up an internal global network.
Everything you need to thrive and secure a future worth looking forward to.
Be curious, be brave and be yourself – hear from our teams what makes a great applicant.
“Why RWE? You can go abroad, you can work with diverse people and you can work on very interesting projects.”
“What excites me most about my future at RWE that I am able to work closely on projects that are going to create an impact on a sustainable future.”
The application process depends on the respective graduate programme. Please refer to the detail pages for more information.
You can apply for direct entry at any time. As long as the position is advertised, the application process is not yet completed.
The application deadline for our graduate programmes also depends on the respective programme. However, we recommend that you submit your application as early as possible. Due to the high popularity of our programmes, we may have to close the application period earlier.
Some direct entry positions also have a deadline. You can find this in the respective job description on our job board.
The respective work location is always stated in the job description. For some positions, you can choose where you want to work. This is especially the case for positions where the teams work at different (often international) locations.
For our graduate programmes, a base location is agreed for contractual purposes. Depending on the programme, the location may vary. Take a look at the job description to find out more.
The recruitment tests used may differ. You are welcome to find out more on the programme details pages or ask the respective contact person.
Please note that candidates can apply to one Graduate Programme per recruitment cycle. As each programme offers a different experience, opportunities and career path, we encourage you to carefully review the relevant job description and consider which programme best aligns with your skills, interests and career aspirations before submitting your application. If you submit applications to more than one Graduate Programme, you will be asked to select a single programme to progress with, and only that application will be taken forward for consideration.
