FAQ

  • The application process depends on the respective graduate programme. Please refer to the detail pages for more information.

You can apply for direct entry at any time. As long as the position is advertised, the application process is not yet completed.

  • The application deadline for our graduate programmes also depends on the respective programme. However, we recommend that you submit your application as early as possible. Due to the high popularity of our programmes, we may have to close the application period earlier.

Some direct entry positions also have a deadline. You can find this in the respective job description on our job board.

  • The respective work location is always stated in the job description. For some positions, you can choose where you want to work. This is especially the case for positions where the teams work at different (often international) locations.

For our graduate programmes, a base location is agreed for contractual purposes. Depending on the programme, the location may vary. Take a look at the job description to find out more.

  • The recruitment tests used may differ. You are welcome to find out more on the programme details pages or ask the respective contact person.

  • Please note that candidates can apply to one Graduate Programme per recruitment cycle. As each programme offers a different experience, opportunities and career path, we encourage you to carefully review the relevant job description and consider which programme best aligns with your skills, interests and career aspirations before submitting your application. If you submit applications to more than one Graduate Programme, you will be asked to select a single programme to progress with, and only that application will be taken forward for consideration.
