Nico joined RWE in 2017 as an Industrial Management Apprentice in Essen, eager to learn and gain experience within a large international company. During his apprenticeship, he worked across different departments, gaining hands-on experience and discovering where his strengths lay.
He eventually found his place in Talent Attraction & Engagement, where his creativity and interest in HR marketing and employer branding were recognised and encouraged.
Today, Nico is a Talent Attraction Specialist, helping shape how RWE attracts and connects with future talent in the industry.
