As Managing Director “Technical Solutions & Project Execution” at RWE Technology International, Götz is responsible for the technical planning, development and implementation of all RWE asset investments for security of supply and flexibility. He is also in charge of central engineering, project procurement and system and governance development.

As Head of CCGT (Combined Cycle Gas Turbine), Henning is looking forward to the future challenges together with his teams in the development, construction and commissioning of gas-fired power plants. Here, he will be able to contribute his extensive wealth of experience in a result-orientated and determined manner.
As Head of OCGT (Open Cycle Gas Turbine) & Peaker, Jan is looking forward to realising complex projects together with his teams.
As Head of Batteries, Kevin leads a team of highly motivated engineers and specialists and is looking forward to developing and realising the battery storage systems of the future and thus supporting the transformation of the energy supply.
As Head of Electrolysis, Melanie is looking forward to realising complex, future-oriented projects together with her teams.
As Head of CCS & Biomass, Michael and his teams are responsible for project management with their own resources and technical expertise. His overall project responsibility also includes the management of resources, technology and PMO (project management organisation).
As Head of Engineering Support Gareth is leading a multidisciplined engineering and project management team to support delivery of internal projects and to also provide third-party business support.
As Head of Project Procurement together with her teams she is responsible for E2E contract management including strategic sourcing, project procurement activities, supply chain management and contract & claim management.
As Head of Governance, Standardisation & IT, Anja and her team are responsible for providing cross-divisional services for PMO, resource management, cost estimation, project controlling, information management and scheduling, thus providing optimum support for projects.
As Head of Business Solutions, Bernhard is responsible for sales and the implementation of projects for internal and external customers, working closely with Engineering Support during project realisation. Bernhard directly manages the project and engineering teams in the areas of management of the old abandoned mine sites, land reclamation, nuclear services, and mining & materials handling within the Business Solutions structure.
As Head of Real Estate Management, Svenja and her teams are responsible for the Corporate Real Estate Management Business Hub for the entire RWE-Group.
As Head of Facility Management, Ansgar and his teams are responsible for global facility management as a business hub for the entire RWE Group, including technical responsibility and operator responsibility.
