My story:

“I’m reducing dramatically my personal footprint by not driving to the office and or to our clients: Under “normal” condition in the past I was 40.000 km per year with my car on the road. This means 2.000 l. per year or 5.200 kg CO2 per year. Actual I’m driving only 15 % of this km. So I reduce my footprint by nearly 4.500 kg CO2 per year, or more than 12kg/day!”

“Due to Covid-19, I save about 500 km of car drives to work per week. Through the experiences we have all made, I hope that hybrid working will "take root" and we will save a lot of CO2. I also do many things on foot in my private life and thus save CO2. The size comparison between the shoes and the car (see photo) shows what an important role RWE plays as an employer.”
