Simon began his career as an electrician apprentice at RWE, gaining experience across different sectors, from power plants to onshore wind farms.
Along the way, he got involved in the youth and apprentice committee, eventually serving as Chairman and supporting his peers. Today, he leads technical apprenticeship programmes, guiding the next generation and turning his journey of learning into leadership.
