Share buyback program 2024 - 2026 – Interim Report No. 25

In the period from 12 May 2025 to 16 May 2025, a total of 1,947,942 shares were purchased under the share buyback program of RWE Aktiengesellschaft, the start of which was announced on 27 November 2024.

The shares were purchased by a credit institution commissioned by the company as follows:
