On May 3, 2024 the Annual General Meeting elected Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft to audit the financial statements for fiscal 2024, for the audit-like review of the condensed financial statements and the interim review of operations as of 30 June 2024, and for a potential audit-like review of any additional interim financial information as of 30 September 2024 and 31 March 2025.
