Katja van Doren takes over as CHRO and Labour Director at RWE

Katja van Doren starts today as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Labour Director of RWE AG. Her Board portfolio also includes the responsibility for IT, Internal Audit and Security. She succeeds Zvezdana Seeger, whose Executive Board contract was not renewed at her own request.

In 1999, Katja van Doren moved from her role as tax advisor and auditor at KPMG to join RWE AG. From 2003 she held various management positions in the finance departments of the Group’s operating grid and retail companies. In 2014, she moved to RWE AG as Head of Accounting & Taxes and played a key role in the IPO of innogy SE. In 2017, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer of RWE Generation SE.
